Description: SUSPICIOUS PERSON/VEHICLE. CALLER ADVISED THERE ARE SUBJECTS ON FOOT AND IN A BOAT IN HER BACKYARD//HENSLEY[082 21:23:52]: DEP PIERCE AND I CHECKED THE PROPERTY. THERE WAS A BOAT IN THE RIVER WHICH DECIEVINGLY APPEARED CLOSE TO SHORE. UPON WALKING DOWN TO THE RIVER I NOTED THE BOAT ANCHORED TO THE OPPOSITE SHORE. HE HAD SEVERAL CATFISH LINES IN THE WATER. THE OPERATOR CONFIRMED HE HAD NO WAY TO COME TO SHORE AND WAS ALONE ON THE BOAT. NO ISSUES AT THE RESIDENCE. // HARLOW

On february 8, 2018 at approximately 1:54am, 22 year old kyle gutierrez was located laying in the middle of the southbound lane of north main street, in the area of 280 north main street, where he was determined to be deceased. It is believed gutierrez was struck by a vehicle travelling southbound on north main street which then fled the area. During the course of the investigation, several individuals were interviewed and many leads were followed but no charges were ever filed for the death of gutierrez.Agency
