On july 16, 2010, at approximately 5:30 a.M., lvmpd call center received a 911 call from a clerk at the ampm located at 1500 w. Bonanza road. The clerk stated a male drove up in a red four door vehicle, got out and approached to store. The male was shot and collapsed at the front doors. Robert waddell carpatrol officers and medical personnel responded to the am/pm on the corner of martin luther king and bonanza. Arriving officers discovered a male who has been identified as robert waddell age 28. Waddell also went by the moniker “rob-loc”. Waddell was transported to umc trauma center where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased. Waddell was shot while in his vehicle prior to arriving at the am/pm.Agency
