Description: CDS Violation. On August 15, 2026, at approximately 12:54 a.m., officers initiated a traffic stop at the BP Gas Station at that location. Upon making contact with the driver, identified as a subject, officers observed an open container of Twisted Tea in the center console, as well as an open case of alcoholic beverages behind the passenger seat. A search of the vehicle revealed a clear baggie containing approximately 2 grams of a rock-like substance suspected to be crystal methamphetamine. Subject was arrested and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center, where he was charged with CDS: Possession—Not Cannabis.
