On oct. 7, 1998 at 10:15 pm the victim bernard bovain age 23 was shot to death on 1900 oak st. Near allen-benedict ct. This was following a verbal confrontation with four to five teenagers regarding the attempted strong arm robbery of a friend of the victim. The suspects then ran behind the oak-read high-rise towards saxon homes.
