Description: DUI: On 8/30/2026 at approximately 0203 hours, Seward AST conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near mile 3 of the Seward Highway. The driver was identified as a subject, a Mexican national. Through investigation, it was determined Osiel was driving under the influence. He was arrested and remanded at Spring Creek Correctional Center where he was released on his own recognizance.
