Description: DUI: The officer observed a 2020 white Volkswagen traveling at a high rate of speed. The officer measured the vehicle's speed at 72mph in a 45mph. The officer also observed the vehicle crossing over the midline of the roadway. The officer stopped the vehicle and spoke to the driver. Appeared intoxicated and had an open bag of cannabis inside the vehicle. He was charged with: • Misdemeanor Speeding • Improper Lane Usage • DUI • Illegal Transportation of Cannabis
