Description: Assist Other Agency; Coon Rapids PD was chasing a motorcycle that was traveling over 100 mph. A deputy located the motorcycle in Andover and was able to stop it. Coon Rapids officers came and took custody of the male. 7.19 140xx Tulip St NW – No Contact Order Violation; a resident called and reported a male she had a no-contact against was at her home, she invited him, but he just stole her vehicle when they got into an argument. After investigating, an attempt to locate and arrest was put out for the male.
