Description: Assist Other Agency; at the request of Ramsey County, deputies were asked to locate a male who was in distress. His vehicle was located near Carlos Avery. Drones, K9, and a foot search was launched. The male was located under a blanket with a weapon. Deputies were able to safely remove him from the situation.
