Richmond police detectives have identified the victim in the homicide that occurred on overlook street on tuesday as tyrone fleming, 51, of richmond. On tuesday at approximately 5:08 a.M., officers were called to the 1400 block of overlook street for the report of a person down. Officers arrived and found an adult male, fleming, down and unresponsive inside a residence. He had suffered an apparent gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.Agency
