Description: Warrant Arrest. Paul PORTER (06/13/1989 San Leandro) was detained for fare evasion, arrested on warrants, and booked into Santa Clara County jail. 11364(a) H&S / Warrant Arrest – Lake Merritt Station O/A Warrant O/A Arrest - Antioch Station 0620hours Officer J. Herrera (951) and FTO K. Cook contacted Subject on a report made by the Station Agent who observed people removing license plates in the lot. Upon contact, Officer Herrera and FTO Cook observed two men attempting to haul another vehicle with a truck by a rope. A Record/Warrant check on the subject revealed he had two Felony Warrants; $40,000 Calaveras County Sheriff Department; $20,500 Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office and a Misdemeanor Warrant out of Alameda Police Department. The subject was arrested and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility. 08/25/2026 0609 hours Subject was detained for possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested on the above charges, and booked into Santa Rita Jail in Dublin. She was not in possession of valid fare media. 2608-1262
