On may 22, 1993, officers were called to the 1400 block of mariposa street on a report of an altercation between multiple parties. During the clash between these individuals, 34 year old robert ellis was thrown to the ground and stabbed multiple times. Mr. Ellis was transported to a hospital and later died from his injuries.
