Description: Brandishing Firearm: On August 21, 2026, at 9:06 PM officers contacted the [name]/Victim (RP/V) who was working doing surveillance around [name] for a 33 year old male subject. While RP/V sat in his vehicle, the subject approached him on the passenger side of the vehicle. The subject pulled out a handgun and threatened the RP/V. RP/V elected to press charges and at 11:59 AM officers arrived at the subject’s residence and contacted him at the front door. The subject was taken into custody without incident and was transported to [name] Facility. A search warrant was authored to search the residence for the handgun and officers were able to locate a handgun. H26-00611
