Description: 16-5-60(B) RECKLESS CONDUCT: On August 22nd, 2026, at approximately 1726 hours, I was patroling the Burkhalter Plantation subdivision when I heard several gunshots being fired in the residential neighborhood. I made contact with a subject a subject at the listed location. a subject stated he was shooting the rifle due to the moisture in his home. After a brief investigation, a subject was arrested for the listed offenses.
