Description: Fleeing & Eluding: The officer observed a blue Toyota with a defective headlight. The officer attempted to stop the driver. As the vehicle pulled into a parking lot it quickly accelerated and almost struck two vehicles while exiting. The vehicle eluded the officer at a high rate of speed and committed multiple lane violations. The vehicle was last seen traveling south on Pfingsten Rd.
