Description: Shots fired into unoccupied house; Montgomery police responded to 2200 block of Cherry Street just after 9 p.m. on reports of a possible delayed robbery. Investigators were told that an earlier incident ended with shots being fired into the unoccupied residences by one of the suspects. No injuries reported.

At approximately 11:55 a.M., west precinct officers were dispatched to the 2800 block of 30th street southwest on report of a suspicious vehicle. Officers arrived on the scene and observed a silver dodge pickup truck parked on the street. Upon further investigation, officers observed a male who was unresponsive in the vehicle suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
