Description: Burglary/Home Invasion. Burglary,. RP reported that somebody found the hidden key on property and used it to enter building. RP is watching the building for owner who is out of state. RP can't identify anything specific that is missing but can tell that property has been tampered with as the building was very cluttered.

William Bill Walker, 69, was killed in Moses Lake, Washington on August 2, 2008. Bill was in his workshop when he plugged in a boat battery charger that hed found. The battery charger was actually a pipe bomb that exploded when he plugged it in. The explosion blew a hole in the workshop wall and killed Bill. Less than 10 hours later another pipe bomb, disguised as a police scanner, was found, plugged in and killed another individual across town.Agency
