On november 16, 1996, 34-year-old rodrigo orrostieta, and 32-year-old raul trochez, were found shot to death at the christmas tree mobile home park located on hutchins road in fort meade, after stopping to talk to a group of people in the park. The victims were found next to their vehicle.
