The victim and his friend were seated in a vehicle, which was parked in the lot of a burger king restaurant, when it became surrounded by numerous individuals. These individuals then began to strike the victim's vehicle. During this same time, several gunshots were heard. Both mr. Acero-estrada and the other occupant of the vehicle were struck by the gunfire. Mr. Acero-estrada died as a result of his injuries.Agency
