Johnathon porter w/m 10/13/1994 on 4-24-2018 at 0830 hours, officers were dispatched to 9th and brooklyn in regard to a shooting. The officers located the victim at the location suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to truman medical center where he was pronounced deceased.
