On december 27, 2021, at approximately 4:39am, officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of shady lane dr. On an unknown type of complaint. Officers arrived at scene and found the victim, 22yr old preston bell, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Whitehall fire medic 271 arrived at scene and pronounced the victim deceased at 4:45am.Agency
