On 7/20/17 at approximately 1735 hours, members of the kansas city missouri police department were dispatched to 28th and walrond in regard to a shooting. Upon arrival, a b/m was observed inside a vehicle parked on the southwest corner of 28th and walrond. The male had apparent life-threatening gunshot wounds.
