Richmond police detectives have identified the victim of yesterday morning’s homicide on cliff avenue as ronald d. Cosby jr., 22, of the 2800 block of fendall avenue. At approximately 9:11 a.M. Yesterday, officers received a call for a report of a vehicle parked in an alley on the even side of the 3200 block of cliff avenue. When officers arrived, they found ronald cosby jr. Inside the vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The medical examiner will determine cause and manner of death.
