On september 18, 1993, opal bessent was discovered deceased in her apartment by her son. Opal was last seen alive at approximately 7:00 a.M. By neighbors. She was seen watering roses outside her front door. Her son entered the apartment at approximately 11:00 a.M. The subsequent investigation determined opal died from blunt force injury. Investigators believed robbery may have been the motive. There were no witnesses and there appeared to be no forced entry into the apartment.Agency
