Richmond police detectives have identified the victim in thursday’s homicide on jefferson davis highway as eusebio calderon, a male in his sixties. At approximately 4:40 a.M. On thursday, december 31, officers responded to the 2900 block of jefferson davis highway for the report of a person shot. Once on scene, they found eusebio calderon suffering life threatening injuries from an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The medical examiner will determine the exact cause and manner of death.Agency
