Description: DWI Refusal; a deputy responded to a injury crash. He arrived and located a vehicle in the ditch. While assisting the male out of the vehicle, the 18-year-old male appeared impaired and an open bottle of vodka was seen on the driver’s side floor. Field sobriety tests were failed. He refused to submit to the official breath test, but did PBT .195. He was arrested. A witness stated the male passed him going about 100 mph in a double yellow zone.
