Description: Shoplifting; Walmart reported a male stealing a sweatshirt and leaving in a vehicle. A deputy located the vehicle across the street and made contact with the male. The deputy asked him if he was at Walmart earlier and he said yes, when asked if he stole a sweatshirt, he said yes. The deputy told him to put his hands behind his back and he was arrested.
