Description: Officers initiated an investigation into a vehicle parked in the roadway at E. Stroop Rd. and Hempstead Station Dr. During the course of the investigation, the driver (B/M/22) was found to have warrants for his arrest out of Clark and Warren Counties. He was arrested without incident and transported to Montgomery County Jail.
