Description: Robbery/Vandalism: At 5:00 PM, officers were dispatched to the convenience store regarding a suspect throwing the cash register at the victim. Upon arrival, officers located and detained the suspect. The victim had refused service to the suspect who then tried to take an unpaid beverage. The victim took the beverage away leading to the suspect shoving the cash register screen at the victim. The suspect also knocked over merchandise. The suspect was arrested, booked at the EL Cerrito Police Department, and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
