At approximately 7:15 p.M., north precinct officers were dispatched to an apartment complex in the 1700 block of 33rd street north on report of shots fired. Officers were then alerted a victim had been shot at the location. Officers arrived on the scene and discovered a male lying unresponsive suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Birmingham fire and rescue personnel arrived on the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.Agency
