Gary e. Cutchlow sr b/m 11/5/1955 occurred: 4/4/2016, 1834 hours, at 3235 s. Benton officers were dispatched to 3235 s. Benton in regard to a drive-by shooting. At this location officers were directed to the homicide victim who was on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers attempted to perform cpr and the victim was eventually transported to truman medical center (tmc) where he was pronounced deceased at approximately 1850 hours. Witnesses advised the suspects fled east on linwood from s. Benton in a grey or blue, 2000 model suv. The kansas city missouri police department’s homicide unit is asking anyone with information to contact the tips hotline or the homicide unit 816-234-5043. Det.
