Description: Credit Card Fraud: The complainant stated she learned an unknown subject used her Illinois Link card number to illegally make a $583.43 purchase of goods at a grocery store in Northbrook on August 1st. The complainant still had her Link card in her possession and didn't know how the subject obtained her account number. The officer obtained video surveillance of the suspect from the grocery store's surveillance system.
