Description: USING WEAPON WHILE INTOXICATED: Officers on patrol found male asleep at the wheel of a vehicle hugging a bottle of wine. Officers removed the male from the vehicle, and located a firearm on his person. Officers then conducted a field interview and administered SFST's. Male was then placed under arrest for OVI. He was cited and released pending further charges.

Thirty two year old khalid a. Zahir was reported missing from akron, ohio on 02/23/82. Zahir's wife states that her husband left for work and she heard voices talking outside. When she looked out she saw some of khalid's clothing items in the driveway, but khalid was not there. Khalid zahir never showed up to work. On 05/14/82 zahir's remains were recovered in a sewer in cleveland, ohio. The remains were identified as the khalid zahir on 12/01/82.Agency
