Anthony bell b/m 09/10/1967 on 10/27/2016 at 1851 hours, officers were dispatched to 1632 elmwood ave. On a reported shooting. Upon arrival officers located anthony bell lying in the front yard with an apparent gunshot wound. Bell was transported to a local hospital in life threatening condition where he later died as a result of his injuries.
