Description: 3-3-23(A)(2) UNDERAGE POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL: While on patrol, I located an abandoned vehicle in a ditch and conducted an investigation that identified a subject a subject as the driver. The investigation revealed multiple traffic violations and underage possession of alcohol, resulting in a subject's arrest, the vehicle being towed by AMP Wrecker Service, and his transport to the Bulloch County Jail without incident.
