On september 23, 1992, baltimore county police responded to 18 cinnamon circle in reference to an unconscious subject. Scott short, 27 years old, was found deceased in his apartment at the location. Scott had sustained trauma to his upper body. At the time of his murder, scott was employed at baltimore county general hospital (now known as northwest hospital). Scott had gotten off work at the hospital a little before midnight, just a few hours before he was found deceased.
