On may 28th, 2019, at approximately 11:23 pm, genesee section officers responded to 100 wellington ave for the single shot activation through shot spotter. Officers located ricky desantis on the front porch suffering from a gunshot wound to his lower back. He was transported to strong memorial hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
