Description: On 8/3/26 at approximately 10:38 AM, Somerville Police responded to a business in Assembly Row for report of a male with a gun. Upon arrival, officers spoke with an employee who stated he was helping a male party pay at the register. When he handed the male his change the suspect dropped it on the counter and almost hit the employee before leaving the store. While leaving, the suspect turned around and lifted his jacket showing what the employee believed was a firearm. [Assault]
