Description: Burglary to Motor Vehicle. The victim, a 62-year-old male Des Plaines resident, parked his Toyota Highlander in the 600 Block of E. Madelyn Drive when the Unknown Offender(s) broke into the vehicle and stole a wallet. A witness stated that she heard a loud noise and when she looked outside, saw at least one person in the driveway and the interior light to the Toyota was on. The subject fled on foot north from the area. Arrests
