On june 9, 2020, at approximately 1815 hours, officers were dispatched to a shots fired call in the area of 210 webster street. Officers located a 2007 dodge charger had driven into a resident's garage. Gary was lying on the driveway to the residence suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. A firearm was recovered on scene. Investigation revealed, the 2007 dodge charger, gary was driving, was struck by gunfire causing gary to lose control of the vehicle, striking a utility pole, two parked cars, and then crashed into the garage. Gary was pronounced deceased on scene by medics.Agency
