On october 28, 1990 at 1240 hours the victim was discovered deceased next to haikey creek under the bridge at approximately 9200 s. Mingo road. The victim died as a result of a gunshot wound. Witnesses observed a beige or cream mid 70's oldsmobile or pontiac parked on the bridge. Another witness observed at dark 78-79 camero stopped on the bridge.Agency
