On july 13th 1993, 4 month old breann welch was rushed to yrmc. Her Parents, richard and tonia welch, reported she had stopped breathing. She Was flown to a children’s hospital in phoenix, but died the next day. An Autopsy revealed a large amount of blood on the brain, and blood in the Spinal cord, as well as signs of old and new rib fractures.Agency
