Sunday morning at approximately 9:51 a.M., richmond police officers responded to the 2100 block of phaup street for the report of shots fired and a person down. Officers arrived and found an adult male, jordan, who had sustained gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The medical examiner will determine cause and manner of death.
