Richmond police detectives have identified a victim in last night’s fatal shootings on midlothian turnpike and arrested and charged three individuals in connection with the crime. Detectives identified the victims of last night’s homicides as sharnez hill, 30, and her daughter, 3 months. Detectives have charged donald hemmings, 22, shyheem martin, 23 and shamondrick perry, 19, with conspiracy to commit murder. Additional charges are pending. Their booking photos are attached. Last night at 6:31 p.M., richmond police responded to the 4000 block of midlothian turnpike for a shooting. Officers arrived on scene and located two adult females, two teenagers and one child suffering from gunshot wounds, outside near the breezeway. One adult female, hill, was pronounced at the scene. Four victims were transported to a local hospital where hill’s daughter succumbed to her injury. The three other female victims have injuries that are not believed to be life threatening. Detectives are still trying to determine if other persons were involved in the shootings and are asking the public for information.Agency
