Description: On 7/31/2026 at approximately 6:01 pm, an officer, and I were dispatched to S. Anderson ave. Frankfort in reference to a active domestic violence. Upon arrival, both the victim and suspect fled in a black Honda Civic. The a subject was later located in Clarksburg with both the victim and suspect. A traffic stop was initiated and the suspect was arrested for domestic violence.

On thursday, august 14th, 1980, vicki l. Koch was reported missing from her residence in circleville, ohio. Vicki was last seen by friends on or about sunday, august 10th, 1980 after attending in event in ross county, ohio. On friday, august 15th, 1980, vicki's vehicle, was found parked approx. Five blocks from her residence, unoccupied. Neither the residence nor her vehicle revealed evidence of a struggle or altercation. On wed., september 17th, 1980 a nearly skeletonized body was discovered in a rural area of madison county, ohio. The remains were identified as vicki l. Koch through dental records.
