Description: Theft. Des Plaines Police responded to Jimenez International located in the 1500 Block of S. Lee Street for the report of a theft that occurred by a customer. When the officers arrived, they learned that the Unknown male Offender performed a quick change scam at the register resulting in a dollar loss of $150.00 USC. After making multiple exchanges with the employee for different dollar amounts, the male offender then left the store. Arrests
