On friday, december 16, 2011, at 1:30 am, milwaukee police officers were flagged down by a citizen witness who reported a person lying in an alley near a garage at the rear of 3208 n. 53rd st. Unconscious. Upon officers responding to that location, they found charles a. Harts suffering from gunshot wounds to his body. Investigation revealed that harts was shot at that location and died there as a result of his wounds.Agency
