On september 10th, 2000 58 year-old caroline neal was working a night shift at a convenience store at 63rd and oak in kansas city when two masked men armed with guns entered the store. Ms. Neal barely had a chance to comply with the gunmen’s demands when she was shot and killed. The suspects, both black males, were wearing halloween masks, one of them a mask such as the one from the “scream” motion pictures. The case remains cold. A reward of up to $1,000 is available for information leading to an arrest in this case.Agency
