Description: Check Fraud: The complainant stated she received a fraud alert from her bank. The bank advised her that someone was requesting authorization to cash one of the complainant's checks in the amount of $3,600.00. The complainant stated she never issued a check for that amount and still had that check number in her checkbook. She didn't know how someone was able to create a fake check with all her information on it.
