Description: Credit Card Fraud: A store owner sold Pokemon cards to a female subject that used her cell phone app as payment. At first the payment was rejected but the second attempt went through. After the female left the store owner received a call from a subject claiming her credit card number was illegally used to purchase Pokemon cards at his store. The subject on the phone stated she didn't know who the female was and never authorized her to use that credit card number for purchases. The total amount of fraud was $594.00.
