At this location the officers located the victim, christopher shaver, in the street suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. A surviving victim was transported to and area hospital for treatment of injuries. Suspect vehicle was described as a black vehicle. Det.
